The fandom of The Haunting Of Hill House has come one step closer to meeting with the second season of the show as recent reports suggest that the filming has been wrapped up for Haunting of Bly Manor. What set apart The Haunting of Hill House is that despite it being a horror show, it was literary, intelligent, and had so many unforgettable family moments.

Since the second season of the show, titled, The Haunting of Bly Manor has finished filming, it won't be too long until it comes back to haunt us once again. The creator of the show took to Twitter and announced the show has finished filming. Evidently, all the fans lost their mind over this news. Flanagan wrote: That’s a wrap on THE HAUNTING OF BLY MANOR. Congratulations to the cast and crew, the familiar faces and the new, and congratulations to the filmmakers who came on board to make this season their own.

Upon this announcement, fans were showing their happiness and excitement all over Twitter. One user wrote, I am eagerly anticipating this, as your work has been wildly imaginative and intriguing. The Turn of the Screw is my favourite horror novella and I can’t wait to see what you make of the story as it folds into the Haunting world. Thank you for producing quality entertainment." Another one added, "Haunting of Hill House was Horror at its best, can’t wait to see how Bly Manor turns out!

Now, the fans of the show cannot wait to see if the second season will be creepier than the first one or not. Flanagan, in a conversation with Collider, mentioned that The Haunting of Bly Manor will be much creepier than the first season. Even though the show has wrapped up filming, we don't know the exact release date, but we do know a few things.

The second season is loosely based on an 1898 horror novella The Turn of The Screw that tells the story of a governess who goes to Bly Manor to take care of two recently orphaned children Miles and Flora. As time passes by, the governess suspects something is wrong with the children and something diabolical is at play.

The cast from season 1 will return in season 2 and it includes Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Kate Siegel. There are also a few new faces like T’Nia Miller, Catherine Parker, Rahul Kohli, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Amelie Smith, and Amelia Eve.

No release date for the second season has been announced but we can expect the show to land sometime in October, and if it does, it's going to be absolutely perfect. Since the production has ended earlier than expected, fans might not have to wait till October to watch the show.
