Mark Zuckerberg Went Surfing With Too Much Sunscreen And Became An Instant Meme

Here are the best memes we found on the internet.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg decided to go surfing in the stunning islands of Hawaii. Naturally, being used to colder temperatures he was concerned about getting sunburnt so he applied a great deal of sunscreen on his face. By a great deal, we mean a GREAT deal for you can see a second layer to his face with the amount he has put. The tech mogul was just catching some waves and going surfing on his $12,000 eFoil electric surfboard and the pictures are nothing short of hilarious.

First thing's first, Mark is actually wearing a hooded sweatshirt while out on the water. That'd be really surprising if he were in LA, leave alone Hawaii. Then the most evident sight is that he has a really thick, hard to miss layer of sunscreen, almost looking like a face pack really waiting to dry up. It's so strong and evident that you can't even see his face clearly. Going by a close up of the picture, one can see a resemblance to the creepy video game figure Slender Man, or Mike Myers, except Mark isn't wearing that kind of a suit of course. Needless to say, Twitter went wild and started coming with many a meme and pun of the picture.

Such a pose is guaranteed to have comments, and maybe that's what dear ol' Mark was going for. Nevertheless, Twitter memes were on point and frankly quite an amazing expression of humor and creativity. One user wrote: "legend has it that every summer, Mark Zuckerberg (aka the Mime Surfer) attempts to catch a wave and until he does, his restless spirit will wander the earth for all eternity" Another added: "This man has been trying for years to steal Hawaiian land so he can cosplay as a 17th-century French judge and surf by himself"

2020 has been a wild ride so far. A deadly virus followed by a pandemic and the world shutting down, an explosion of protests over racial equality, President Trump continuing to baffle us all with his ludicrous statements, trouble brewing in Asia, all our favorite movies and events being canceled or postponed. It hasn't been a pretty ride so far and we really needed this to cheer us up again. So we thank you Mark for your indirect contribution to our merry internet time!
