Stuck At Home? Hallmark Is Airing 27 Christmas Movies This Week & Here's The Lineup

If you are cooped up at home and have nothing much to do, Hallmark is here to save the day as the channel will be airing a Christmas movie marathon this weekend.

These are tough times for people who are practicing social distancing in order to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. If you are at home and find yourself with nothing to do during this period of self-isolation, the Hallmark Channel is coming to save you from boredom. As exclusively reported by Entertainment Tonight, a special Christmas movie marathon will be televised this weekend. The movie marathon will start on Friday at 12 p.m. and will end on Sunday, March 22 at 6 p.m.

Hallmark will air 27 of its original "Countdown to Christmas" holiday movies from last year, and they are opening the movie marathon with Candace Cameron Bure's A Christmas Detour. Hallmark is arranging for this movie marathon as a response to fans' desire to watch feel-good movies during such a dreary time. The marathon will end at 6 p.m. ET/PT on March 22 with Christmas in Rome starring Lacey Chabert.

With people turning to Netflix and Hulu to deal with the anxiety of being isolated, these Christmas movies are here to brighten up your day just a little. The stars who will feature in the movies include Danica McKellar, Kristin Chenoweth, Torrey DeVitto, Holly Robinson Peete, Chad Michael Murray, Ryan Paevey, Brandon Routh, Adrian Grenier, and Jesse Metcalfe.
